| Even though we process many parts, it is our number one priority to deliver quality parts and prices. All of our coating processes are available on ferrous and non-ferrous metals: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, foam, and wood. Cemcoat produces sophisticated and complex mil spec metal finishing processes and coatings. We are a certified NADCAP metalfinishing with our processes run at high capacity per the MIL - I - 45208 and AC7004 quality standard. We have our tools and equipment calibrated in compliance with ANSI / NCSLZ540-1, ISO10012-1. Additionally, our chemical solutions baths are regularly analyzed and certified by an accredited third party. We process all parts in an environmentally responsible manner and maintain direct traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Our facility actively follows pollution prevention and has a toxic use reduction plan in place, created and monitored by state certified environmental laboratories. At Cemcoat we are dedicated to continuous improvement and use the latest testing procedures to monitor and control our processes. This includes the use of spc. capabilities range from those required for routine quality monitoring to application specific and functional testing. |
